Marie and Francis were looking for invitations in French and English that reflected the ivy growing on their chosen venue – a beautiful chateau in France.

“We hope you had a good Christmas time and we wish you a happy New Year. Just to let you know we really love the work you have done for the invitations and that our families love them too.”

Jennifer’s mum had ordered her invitations from me, and Jennifer loved them so much, she ordered from me too when she got married a couple of years later:

“Hi Jackie, The invitations are absolutely perfect – thanks so much. The look and feel such good quality.”

Julia and Tobi live in Germany and were planning their wedding on the gorgeous North Sea Island of Wangerooge – as romantic as can be on its lighthouse. Their invitations where crisp and clean in blue, white and silver, with a sketch of the lighthouse on the front, and three stamp sized photos of them on the beach inside.

“Liebe Jackie, gestern ist dein Paket bei uns eingetroffen und wir haben es abens ganz gespannt gemeinsam geöffnet. Ich muss dir wirklich sagen, dass die Karten noch viel, viel toller aussehen als ohnehin erhofft!. Sie sind wunderschön, wir haben uns sehr gefreut und sind ganz glücklich. Daher nochmals: vielen, vielen Dank an dich! Und wir werden dich gerne und auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.”.“Dear Jackie, your parcel arrived yesterday, and we opened it together in great anticipation.  I have to say that the invitations look even better that we had hoped.  They are beautiful – we are so happy. So again: thank you so so much!  And of course we will be very happy to recommend you to others “

Jenn’s brother ordered her invitations from me, so she asked me to make the happy couple some tags and decorations for a wedding certificate box.

“Hi Jackie, Thank you so so much for the cards! I’ve been away all weekend, so to come home to a sunny yellow envelope on the mat containing such lovely, quality work was fab! Thank you also for including the ribbon, I hadn’t even thought about that, so that was a lovely surprise too!”

Louise  had been looking for ages for stylish non-girly wedding invitations without fuss. She opted for the simplest of styles – the Lizzy Lemon Classic.

“Thank you for making this seem so simple, you have been great x”

Elaine & Kate booked a venue with only two months to spare, so needed someone to sort out their stationery super quickly.

“Dear Jackie, the parcel arrived yesterday and we are absolutely delighted with everything. Thank you so much for doing everything so beautifully at such short notice.”

Sam & James order belly band layered invitations in white, silver and yellow.  The layered style was perfect for them because they want to add a few extra bits:  information for their guests, with a map, and RSVP card and a cute photo of themselves as a save the date reminder.

“We are very pleased with the invitations! Thank you!”

Anna & Paul ordered vintage letter style invitations following a recommendation from their friend who had also ordered stationery from me a few years ago.

“Dear Jackie, I just wanted to say thank you for the beautiful invitations. We have had so many compliments;  my sister said that they are by far the loveliest she has ever seen.”

Dominic ordered snowflake motif invitations for his winter wedding to Kimberly.

“Many thanks for the invites, they arrived very promptly and looked beautiful.”

Sahar & Shujat had left it to the last minute to order their stationery for their May wedding.  They contacted me in late March, and we arranged a meeting for the very same day, agreed a Persian paisley themed design with traditional muslim wording and by the next week, they had their invitations delivered to their door.

“Hi Jackie, words cannot describe how thankful we are for your first class cards, service and special little touches. Many thanks and kind regards. Sahar & Shujat”

Local bride Paula was getting married at Southsea Castle, and together we came up with invitations with a sketch of the castle and its lighthouse.

“We have had so many compliments about our wedding invitations. They were absolutely beautiful. Thank you.”

Lynne & David contacted me towards the end of October needing invitations for their Christmas wedding. We quickly agreed style and colour choices – the snowflake winter wedding with a navy blue and claret colourtheme.  They were super organised with their wording and coming back to me on proofs, so within days their invitations were winging their way up to Scotland.

“Hi Jackie,

A short note to say received the invitations and delighted with them.  They are exactly what we wanted, simple, elegant and beautiful. I’d also like to take this opportunity to say thanks for your prompt, professional service.  Complete process with you was very straightforward from initial enquiry right through to delivery of invitations (which was all done from start to finish in less than 10 days I think!). Based on the experience we’ve had I’d be happy to recommend your services. Once again many thanks for a very easy journey, with a beautiful end result.

Best Regards, Lynne & David”

Sara placed a tiny order for a very intimate wedding celebration.

“Hi, just wanted to say thank you for the invites. They are perfect.”

Andy & Sue went for a classic Lizzy Lemon invitation in a silver and dusky pale blue theme on ivory base card.  They ordered invitations, orders or service, menus, place cards and thank you cards in that theme, with very pretty results.

“Hi Jackie

Just wanted to say thank you again for the various items of a stationery you made for us. We had a wonderful day, and many of our guests commented on how much they liked the Order of Service and other items you made. We’d also like to ask if you could make a further 15 Thank You cards for us, we’ve realized we have many more people to thank them we first thought!

Many thanks again, Andy and Sue”

Elena & Florent were looking for invitations for their very special international wedding celebrations in a château in France. They had left it a little bit late sorting out the details, but I managed to turn around their large order in super quick time.

“Jackie did the most incredible job with our invitations. We had a very tight timeline to complete these due to travels and she was able to complete 120 invitations on time for our trip! I found Jackie based on her good reviews and although initially I had a hard time choosing between different providers because I could not meet any of them in person as we lived in different parts of England, I am so happy to went with Jackie! She did an amazing job with our tri-lingual invitations, the design and format were not simple to start with and she was very attentive to our taste and wishes. We had a very customised order as we needed invitations in three languages and in particular format as the wedding was done in French tradition. The final result was great and may I add for a very reasonable price! I would definitely trust her this important task and would recommend her for your wedding invitations or whichever other services you would like to use.”

Jenny & Jorge found my snowflake winter wedding invitation and wanted it personalised with purple ribbons and a bible verse on the inside fold of the invitation, with beautiful results.

“Hi Jackie, the invitations have just arrived and they are absolutely beautiful!! Thank you so much for the quick handling and creating these awesome invitations for us!! Best wishes, Jorge & Jenny”

And when the wedding menus and table numbers arrived:
“Hi Jacky, my order has arrived and I’m so happy with it!! Really, it looks absolutley beautiful! Thank you so much for your great work and your wishes!
Yours (Happy bride to be) Jenny”
Gemma & Marcus had their invitations made by another company, but asked me to do the finishing touches for their wedding day – a table plan, place cards and table numbers. Gemma had chosen a pink and sage theme for her bouquet and table flowers, and the reception venue had sage walls and lots of lovely light coming in from the big windows.  So the table plan and table numbers were done on an english rose garden theme in sage and dusky pink, while the place cards where plain white with their names and the date on, attached to delicate sprigs of greenery.

“We received a wonderful service from Wedding Invites And More. I had a few ideas about what I wanted for place cards and table plans and Jacqueline was able to meet our needs perfectly. She also made us some lovely table numbers. The products were all of a very high standard and she turned our requests around very quickly. The pieces we ordered from Wedding Invites And More really added the finishing touches to our wedding day. Thank you!”

Carla & Stephen were planning a New England Fall wedding and wanted their invitations to reflect that.  We agreed that autumnal colours and a cascade of falling leaves would be just the right thing for them.  I designed their invitation form scratch based on the ideas we’d discussed and they were delighted.   The theme was carried through to the place cards, which had an arch of falling leaves across the top, and Carla slotted them into the tops of pine cones for the table. After their big day, we followed up with thank you cards, again using the fall theme – this time with leaves running all around the edge.

“My wedding invitations and placecard settings were designed by the fantastic Wedding Invites And More and they were amazing! Jackie is great to work with – she is fantastic at listening to her clients and coming up with beautiful, creative designs that are unique and truly eye-catching. I can’t highly enough recommend the design services offered by Wedding Invites And More!”

Mahsa & Pooya in the USA needed invitations in English & Farsi, so used a section of the invitation for each language, and added a lovely Farsi calligraphy design to the cover.  Their peach and soft green colour scheme looked lovely on a silver wrap.

“Hi Jackie!!!!!!! We just opened the box!! Omgggg they are fantastic!! You have done a phenomenal job! Thank you so much!! We love them! Thanks again!!!!”

Jane & Marcus wanted a winter wonderland theme for their December wedding in a country church and old manor house in Oxfordshire.  Together, we came up with a three layered white invitation with a snowflake motif with diamante highlights, held together by white and silver ribbons. We continued the winter wedding theme for their orders of service, and their snowflake place cards, which they attached to silver christmas baubles. Their table plan was on silver board with white snoflakes falling around the lists of names.  And to top it all off, they even had some real snow on the day!

“Jacqueline made our beautiful Winter Wedding invitations, orders of service, place cards and table plan, and I had so many compliments on them. One of our guests even said the invitation brought a tear to her eye!  Jacqueline was wonderful to work with, full of ideas and offered a very professional service from start to finish – we would highly recommend.”

Andy and Sue in chose the Lizzy Lemon Classic invitation with a silver band and a dusky blue ribbon to match the bridesmaids dresses for the Lancashire wedding.

“Just a quick email to let you know that the invitations arrived today – they’re great 🙂 . Thanks so much for your patience in getting them ‘right’ for us, and the speed you managed to turn around our rather late request.”

Gretchen & Ryan wanted the falling leaves design for their autumn wedding in West Virginia. We added some aubergine colour leaves to the original design to reflect Gretchen’s choice of bridesmaid’s dresses.  Gretchen and Ryan opted for flat format cards for her invitation, response card and information enclosure.  These were supplied as digital files for her to arrange her own printing. I also supplied a file for their post-wedding thank you cards.

“Jackie is great to work with! I had a ton of changes, edits, etc. (All because of my indecisiveness–not because of her work) and she was quick to make the changes and never complained about my going back and forth. I HIGHLY recommend her for any invitations you would like designed. She is great. I love my whole invitation suite.”

Beth & Fraser liked my bridal couple invitation design, but as Fraser is from Scotland, we decided to adapt the design to reflect this – the groom on the image was dressed in a kilt. We finished off the invitations with red ribbons and a diamante highlight on the bouquet to reflect Beth’s choice of colour for her bridesmaids’ dresses.  The bride and groom theme ran through all the stationery for the day and featured on the orders of service and the table plan.

“I would highly recommend Jacqueline for producing high quality, personalised wedding stationery.  She is fantastic to work with, and no detail is too small to deal with.  The personalised service makes the whole experience feel very special, and the final products made a real impact on our guests.  We had so many positive comments about the invitations and orders of service, and the table plan looked stunning!”

Katie and Vincent got married in December 2011 in London.  They wanted an invitation that reflected their Anglo-French wedding, so we developed a monogram with a rose and a lily growing around an ‘&’ and their initials. They were the first couple to go for my new cheque book style invitations, with great success – they told me they had a lot of great feedback from their guests.

“Jacqueline made our full range of wedding stationery for us – invitations, orders of service, table plan and menus – and we cannot praise her enough! As well as being a creative artist, she was highly professional and offered a wonderful service throughout the whole process – from the conception of our personalised Anglo-French monogram design (we weren’t easy customers!) through to last minute changes in the final weeks, nothing was too much trouble. Our guests on both sides of the Channel were all impressed with the final products.  If you are looking for a flexible and personalised service then you would be hard pushed to find any better.”

Paula & Simon were planning their winter wedding in December 2011, so a rushed through their last minute order at the end of September.  They loved the winter wedding snowflake design and ordered it without amendments, and followed up with orders of service on the same theme, and snowflake shaped place cards, which Paula attached to pine cones for her guests’ place settings.

Thanks a million Jackie, you are a star for having this done so quickly. Just wanted to let you know that the invites are so pretty. Thank you so much, what a fabulous service!

…Thank you so much for your help and patience over the past few weeks! It must have been trying at times! The photo of the orders of service looks beautiful and I’m sure they’re as perfect as the invitations and name cards.

Faye & Laurence saw one of my greetings cards at cafe and art shop ‘Like a Teatray in the Sky’ in Southsea , liked the style and got in touch about invitations.  They were also keen to use local suppliers for their wedding, so I fitted the bill perfectly.  They sent out my Wrapped in a Ribbon invitations, customised to fit their Calla Lily theme they have chosen for their decorations, and chose matching place cards for their tables.

“Jackie, Thank You for my beautiful wedding invitations”

Stefanie & Carsten came to me through their wedding planner in Germany.  They are inviting their friends and family to their wedding on the North Sea island of Norderney and wanted the seaside theme to come through in their invitations. As the island is a popular holiday destination, they wanted to send out early save the date cards. Norderney has beautiful sand dunes, so I suggested a soft green beachgrass motif on sand coloured card, which they loved.  To make the invitation even more special, we added a matching soft green ribbon which held together the two layers of the invitation.

Herzlichen Dank für die wunderschönen Karten!

[Thank you very much for the beautiful cards!]

Lucy & Matt wanted a classic invitation for their wedding on board HMS Warrior in Portsmouth’s Historic Dockyard.  They had their own ideas for a simple ivory A5 greetings card style invitation with cursive invitation wording on the front and further information for their guests inside.

“We ordered our wedding invitations from Wedding Invites & More and we were so pleased with the result! Jackie provided us with a personal touch, some new ideas and a really quick turn around, not to mention a good price! We would highly recommend her to anybody looking for any wedding stationery. Nothing is too much trouble!”

Nadine & Jens, another couple of customers of the Ihr-Hochzeitsservice.de, liked my layered bride & groom design, and ordered it in their teal and brown theme:  Layered style, with brown print and teal highlights, held together with thin brown and teal ribbons.

“Wir haben heute Post von dir bekommen und sind super glücklich. Die Karten sind echt schön geworden , vielen Lieben Dank für die Umsetzung unserer Wünsche.

[We received your parcel today and are super happy. The cards are really beautiful.  Thank you very much for turning our ideas into reality]

… … Deine Einladungskarten sind super bei unseren Gästen angekommen

[… …We had some great feedback on your invitations from our guests]”

Pam & Matthew also went for the bride and groom design, and a teal theme, but this time we went for grey and teal, a Scottish bride and groom (because that’s what they are!), and a flat postcard style invitation without ribbons. I always ask the couple to provide the invitation wording so that they can put their own individual mark on the invites…this allowed Pam & Matthew came up with a wonderfully warm invitation and playful RSVP text.

“Hi Jackie, I received the invites on Tuesday and they look fab!!”

Kai & Maike orderd my cheque book style invitations, with red ribbons.  As well as the cover page with a swirly design and their names and wedding date, they included a page with a love poem, and a page with information about accommodation and RSVP requirements. Kai and Maike also ordered menus for their wedding breakfast and place cards in the same theme, and also want to come back for personalised thank you cards.

“Die Einladungen sind heute bei uns eingetroffen. Sie sind echt super geworden und gefallen uns sehr! Vielen Dank für die schnelle und wunderbare Arbeit! Wir kommen in der Zukunft gerne wieder auf dich zurück und empfehlen dich gerne weiter. Bis dahin wünschen wir dir alles Gute.

[The invitations arrived today.  They’ve turned out really super and we like them a lot! Thank you very much for your fast and wonderful work!  We’d love to come back to you for further items and will be happy to recommend you to others.  Until then, we wish you all the best.]”

Dinal & Vineet were looking for an elegant table plan in their gold and yellow theme, and liked the idea of adding delicate butterflies to the design too. I chose a shimmery cream/gold base card and worked with dark brown lettering, adding butterflies and a few little diamantes as highlights.

“Our table plan was perfect and looked beautiful. Your service was fantastic and very quick, efficient. I would definitely recommend it to all my friends and family. We received a lot of compliments on how elegant the plan looked. Thank you so much for your service.”
