I know wedding budgets are important, so before you consider an order you will want to know how much my services are likely to cost. To make things simple, my invitations are based on a straightforward per unit cost. Most of my styles are priced at £2.25, with some being even better value, and others costing a little more, depending on your choice of extra inserts etc. See the detailed info below:
for easy reference during your wedding planning
Envelopes are provided at no additional cost with all formats of wedding invitations. Personalisation, e.g. colour changes and minor alterations to designs are free of charge. Yes, you get custom made, personalised stationary at the base cost! You can expand the basic format with additional layers or inserts for a small additional fee.
P&P charges depend on the volume of your order in the UK, and on your location if ordering from elsewhere in the world. See my price list at the top of this page for details of UK postage. Of, course, if you can pick up your wedding stationery from Portsmouth, then this won’t cost a penny. For international orders I can give you a rough estimate at the beginning of the process.
Once I know the exact specification of your wedding invitations I can give you an estimate of your total order.
So you like one of my invitation designs, or have ideas for a custom wedding invite design all of your own? How do you order? Simply send me an email or give me a call to get the ball rolling. Together we’ll discuss the options for your wedding stationery. I can also send you samples of my styles. All of this is completely without obligation.

Place an order
Once we have cleared up any question you may have, you will be ready to go ahead with your order. To place a full order once you’ve decided the details of colour schemes, card choices etc, please complete an order form – request one of these by email.
To start the design and production process you will be asked to accompany your order with the payment of a deposit.
As your stationery will be handmade especially for you, you will be asked to pay a deposit of £45 or of 25% of the order value, whichever is the greater. This deposit is non-refundable, but will be taken off your final bill when your order is completed. If your total order value is less than £45, upfront payment for the full order will be required.
This deposit is non-refundable, but will be taken off the final bill that you receive when I complete the order.
Payment can be made by personal cheque (UK customers only), bank transfer or paypal for international customers.
Once your deposit payment has cleared, I will then take away the ideas we discussed and produce a layout for you to see. We can then make the final few tweaks to get the layout and content you want. Once you have signed off a final proof, I will proceed with the production of your wedding stationery. I will usually complete your order in 10 days of you agreeing a final proof. If I am unable to meet this timescale I will let you know.
I will send you an invoice for the full amount you owe, minus the deposit you have paid. Payment is due within 14 days of the date on the invoice.
I will ship your invitations well packaged, usually using a courier service. I can arrange for them to be delivered to your home or to a pick-up point near to you, where you can pick up when it’s convenient for you. If you are local to me (Southsea, Portsmouth or the surrounding area), you can save on postage costs by arranging pick-up.
Other Stationery For Your Big Day
As well as your invitations I also offer some of the other things you might need for your wedding or civil partnership celebration, like save the date cards, orders of service, place cards, menus, favour tags, thank you cards, etc etc.. We can discuss this during the order of your invitations, but there is not need to screw down the detailed until much closer to the time.
